Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
No — we bring everything, including vacuums, mops, and all cleaning products. Prefer non-toxic products? Just say so when you book; they're included at no extra charge.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our clients leave a key, a garage code, or a smart-lock code. We'll confirm entry instructions when we confirm your time, and we text when we're on the way and when we're done.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes — for recurring cleans, the same crew comes every visit. That's the point: they learn your home, your preferences, and your pets, so every clean gets better instead of starting from scratch.
What about my pets?
We love them. Just note your pets on the booking form so the crew knows who they'll be meeting and whether anyone needs to stay behind a gate during the clean.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens. Give us 24–48 hours' notice and there's no fee — we'll just find you a new time.
Am I locked into a contract?
Never. There are no contracts — pause, skip a visit, or cancel anytime. The discounts for weekly and biweekly cleans apply as long as you keep the schedule, that's all.
What if I'm not satisfied with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free. That's our 24-hour re-clean guarantee — no forms, no fine print.
How do I pay?
